Mission and vision

The mission of the company Snaga is to guarantee quality, professional and user-friendly collection, removal and disposal of waste in the area of the Municipality of Ljubljana (MOL) and the suburban municipalities. In the area of MOL, our services include the cleaning of public areas, maintenance of public restrooms, placarding and overhaul.
 
In accordance with the quality policy, the employees of the organisation pay special attention to the satisfaction of the clients which is our primary goal. In accordance with the policy of quality, the employees pay special attention to client satisfaction which is also our central objective. We are trying to achieve it by exceeding the requirements of our clients, constant systematic measurement of their satisfaction and implementation of appropriate measures.
 
The quality policy reveals the company’s vision which leads to comprehensive integration pf the notion of quality into the business process. The basic orientations of the company Snaga for the implementation of the quality policy are the client, the environment and service. All employees have the responsibility to take due care of maintaining good relationships with the clients and satisfaction of their needs. We are also aware of our responsibility towards the environment and provide our services in a reliable, timely and rational manner.
