Management of the company

After holding the position of a temporary director for a period of one year, Zdenka Grozde was appointed General Director of Holding Ljubljana on 1 April 2004. On 14 October 2005 the name of the company changed and so did her title; she is now the Director of JAVNI HOLDING Ljubljana, d.o.o.

She graduated from the Law School in Ljubljana in 1992. In 2001 she enrolled in post-graduate studies to obtain the master’s degree in public administration.

When she finished her studies, she found employment in the Municipality Ljubljana-Center and then at the Housing Fund of the Municipalities of Ljubljana. She also worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Slovenia as undersecretary in the legal department. At the Municipality of Ljubljana she performed the job of legal consultant in the Business Premises Management Department and the Deputy Head of the Mayor’s Cabinet. Besides her regular work, she also performed the functions of the President of the Committee for the Management and Control of the Sale of Property of the Municipality of Ljubljana, she was the secretary of the Municipal Election Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of Holding Ljubljana and the company Ljubljanski Sejem.

Besides regular training and education, she also passed a professional examination in state administration and additional training in the scope of the European School of Local Self-Administration.
